Nexiri Solutions is the natural extension of my leadership and systems-building philosophy. I’ve always believed strategy should move beyond ideas into tools that change how people work. Nexiri was founded to give small and mid-sized businesses access to the same intelligent data systems used by large enterprises — systems that make information usable, accurate, and actionable.

We’re working with pilot customers to refine product-market fit while continuing to build a scalable AI-driven platform that unifies document processing, accounting automation, and utility management. I stay hands-on with our data pipelines while steering the broader strategic direction and product vision. This is a long term bootstrapped venture, my 5-9.

Nexiri Solutions builds AI-native systems that automate accounting workflows and make unstructured business data — invoices, remittance advice, and utility bills — usable across financial processes. Our platform transforms raw documents into structured insights that drive accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Beyond accounting, Nexiri includes a utility-management module that helps multi-location organizations and property managers manage activations, allocations, and resident chargebacks across portfolios. The platform reduces manual work, eliminates late fees through automated scheduling, and integrates seamlessly with property-management and ERP systems for end-to-end transparency.

Our core innovation is the ability to extract, understand, and contextualize unstructured data. By translating raw documents into structured meaning, we enable automation that actually reflects how businesses operate, not just how their systems are designed.

Vision for the Future

My vision for Nexiri Solutions is to redefine accounting as an insights engine, a platform that transforms every transaction into intelligence that helps companies make better decisions. I want to democratize these capabilities so that SMBs, not just large enterprises, can access the same level of automation and analytical power.

In the long term, our platform will allow every company to build its own intelligent agents; AI systems tailored to their data, workflows, and compliance needs. These agents will handle document parsing, ledger mapping, reconciliation, and reporting with minimal oversight, letting teams focus on strategy and growth rather than administration.

Intelligent Document Extraction Framework

Using AI-based parsing and contextual classification, we built a framework that extracts structured data from invoices, utility bills, and remittance files with exceptional precision. The model identifies fields, line-items, and business context, allowing instant validation and integration into accounting workflows.

The system supports multiple document types and formats and is the foundation of Nexiri’s accounting-automation module. It demonstrates our broader vision: transforming messy, manual information into business intelligence at scale.
