Evergreen: Construction Management Module

At Evergreen, my title was Operations and Strategy Analyst, but I acted as the Product Manager for a 0→1 construction management module. This system replaced two third-party platforms and became a core part of our property management system, serving the operations, accounting, and asset management teams.

I led the four-month build and one-month rollout, working closely with engineers and stakeholders. The module reduced administrative time by 2 hours per job across 4,000+ homes by cutting change orders, reducing photo/context requests, and embedding a budgeting tool into the project workflow. The system is still in use today, and it received extremely positive feedback from teams who saw major improvements in efficiency and data visibility.

Valtir: Machine Learning Forecasting System

At Valtir, I worked as a Business Analyst and built a machine learning model to forecast sales across four manufacturing plants. I designed the model myself using Python, while collaborating with the data team to structure pipelines in SQL and Alteryx.

This work increased projection accuracy by 30 percentage points and reduced processing time from one week to real time. I delivered the first results as an executive report and then integrated the system into production. The model improved raw-material purchasing accuracy, reduced overtime costs, and lowered inter-company transfer expenses by making demand planning far more reliable.

Valtir: Research-Driven Pricing Strategy

I also led the design of a research-driven pricing strategy at Valtir. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, I worked directly with the CFO, VP of Domestic Sales, and Director of IT.

Using market research from TTI and historical sales data, I built a model that automated pricing ranges based on job inputs and key assumptions. Within six months, this strategy generated $4M in new revenue by capturing market whitespace. It gave the sales team a structured, data-backed way to quote competitively and positioned the company for stronger growth.

Commit Partnerships: Education Funding Model

At Commit Partnerships, I served as a Data Analyst supporting the advocacy team. I built a statewide financial model in Excel using datasets on school finances, attendance, and funding formulas.

The advocacy team used my model in negotiations with state legislators, where I provided live scenario updates during the sessions. This directly supported the passage of Texas House Bill 100 in the state Senate. Beyond policy work, I engineered data structures that reduced analysis turnaround time by 80% and provided consulting to coalition partners on data and strategy, helping them adopt stronger decision-making processes.

Fixd Repair: Post-Acquisition Data Integration

After Fixd Repair was acquired by Cinch Home Services, I led the integration of finance and operations data. I worked across systems like QuickBooks and proprietary CRMs to ensure alignment between the two companies.

I built workflows that improved data integrity and cut the month-end close process by 57% (from 7 days to 3). I also provided project management support to our national vendor network, reducing return visits by 10% and expanding service coverage in three major metro areas. This work ensured the acquisition transition was smooth and scalable for the new parent company.
